Comparison and Analysis of Egg Quality in Different Culture Models

为比较杨树林下与集约化蛋鸡场饲养方式对鸡蛋品质的影响,试验测定并分析了鸡蛋的物理指标与营养指标。试验结果显示:杨树林下牧草饲养与规模化蛋鸡场试验方式中,物理指标如鸡蛋总质量、蛋清蛋黄比重、蛋黄颜色均有显著差异(P<0.05),而蛋形指数、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位则无明显差异;营养指标中如全蛋水分有显著差异(P<0.05);蛋黄灰分与胆固醇有显著差异(P<0.05),水分、蛋白质、糖类、维生素A、粗脂肪、锌与硒均无明显差异。

To compare the egg quality in the models of Understory feedingand Intensive feeding, The experiment measured and analyzed the physical indexes and nutritional indexes of eggs. The results showed that in the physical indexes, there were significant differences（P 〈0.05） in total egg quality, egg yolk weight and egg yolk color, there was no significant difference in egg shape index, eggshell strength and ha unit, in the nutritional indexes, the content of water were significant differences（P 〈0.05） in the whole fresh eggs, ash and cholesterol were also significantly different（P〈0.05） in the egg yolk, there were no significant differences in water, protein, carbohydrate, vitamin A, crude fat, zinc and selenium.
