雪峰乌骨鸡体重、体尺性状及产肉性能的相关分析 被引量:15

Correlative Analysis on Body Weight,Body Size and Meat Productivity of Xuefeng Black-boned Chicken

摘要 为探讨雪峰乌骨鸡体重、体尺性状及产肉性能的相关关系。选取同批孵化、体重基本一致的1日龄健康雪峰乌骨鸡300羽,126日龄时随机选取60羽(公母各半),测定公母鸡的体重、体尺性状及产肉性能,并对各指标进行相关性分析,同时,比较126日龄雪峰乌骨鸡公母鸡体重与屠宰性能指标。结果表明:公鸡的胸深与体重呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),公鸡体重与各屠宰性能指标之间均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);公鸡的体重与腿肌、胸肌均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),而母鸡的体重仅与腿肌呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),和胸肌相关性不显著(P>0.05);雪峰乌骨鸡公鸡体重显著高于母鸡(P<0.05),母鸡的腹脂率极显著高于公鸡(P<0.01),而公鸡的腿肌率、瘦肉率显著高于母鸡(P<0.05)。结果显示,可通过胸深这一体尺指标预测雪峰乌骨鸡公鸡的屠宰性能;通过体重来选择种公母鸡的效果会不同;雪峰乌骨鸡公鸡的屠宰性能优于母鸡。 The study was carried out to investigate and analyze the correlation between body weight, body size and meat performance of Xuefeng black-boned chicken. Three hundred healthy one-day- old Xuefeng black-boned chicken with similar body weight at the same batch of incubation were selected. Sixty Xuefeng black-boned chicken ( half of the male and the female) were randomly selected at 126-day-old. The body weight, body size and meat performance of Xuefeng black-boned chicken were measured and the index correlation was analyzed. Meanwhile, the weight and slaughter performance of 126-day-old different sex Xuefeng black-boned chicken were compared. The results showed that there was extremely significant positive correlation between chest depth and body weight in roosters (P〈0.01). Both the body weight and the slaughter performance of roosters were extremely significant positive correlation(P〈0.01 ).The body weight between leg muscle weight and chest muscle weight in roosters were extremely significant positive correlation(P〈0.01 ). While just the body weight with the leg muscle weight was extremely significant positive correlation( P〈O.01 ), the corre- lation with chest muscle weight was no significant(P〉0.05). In terms of the body weight of Xuefeng black-boned chicken, the roosters were significant higher than those of hens. The abdominal fat weight rate of hens was extremely significantly higher than that of roosters(P〈0.01 ), while the rate of leg muscle and lean meat of the roosters were significantly higher than those of the hens (P 〈 0. 05). These results indicated that as for Xuefeng black-boned chicken, the slaughter performance of roosters could be predicted by the chest depth of body size. There was different effect to select the breeding males and females by the body weight.The slaughter performance of Xuefeng black-boned roosters was better than that of hens.
