摘要
讨论了矿渣掺量对矿渣-粉煤灰基发泡地质聚合物性能的影响。制备了掺加不同含量矿渣(0、10%、30%、50%)的矿渣-粉煤灰基发泡地质聚合物,并通过测试粘度、密度、孔隙率、抗压强度、抗折强度、扫描电镜、XRD等对发泡地质聚合物进行了性能研究,结果表明:30%矿渣掺量,体积密度为433 kg/m3,49%孔隙率下,发泡地质聚合物性能最优,抗压和抗折强度分别为1.66 MPa和0.97 MPa。
The influence of blast furnace slag(BFS) content on the properties of BFS-fly ash based foam geopolymers were discussed. Different amounts of BFS(0, 10%,30%,50%) were applied in preparation of BFS-fly ash based foam geopolymers. Viscosity,density,porosity, compressive strength,flexural strength, SEM, and XRD were employed to analyze the properties of foam geopolymers. The results showed that the optimized compressive strength and fiexural strength were 1.66 MPa and 0.97 MPa with 30% BFS, density of 433 kg/m^3, and porosity of 49%.
