摘要
以硅藻土、钾长石、黏土和滑石粉为原料,按一定比例湿混、压制,经高温烧结制备了性能优异的硅藻土基调湿材料。通过XRD和SEM分析了调湿材料的物相组成、微观形貌,并测试了其密度和抗压强度。在恒温可调湿度实验环境下测试了烧结温度对材料调湿性能的影响。研究表明:材料的调湿性能随着烧结温度的升高而降低,当烧结温度为900℃时,调湿材料的微观形貌以蜂窝网状结构为主,此时材料的调湿性能最佳;当烧结温度为1050℃时,调湿材料的密度为1.44 g/cm3,抗压强度为29.1 MPa。
Diatomite humidity-controlling building material with excellent performance was successfully prepared by diatomite, potash feldspar,clay and talcum powder wet mixed and pressed proportionally under high temperature sintering process. The phase composition, microstrueture,density and compressive strength of the material was characterized by X-ray diffruction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effect of sintering temperature on the humidity-controlling property of the material was tested under adjustable humidity environment. The results show that the humidity-controlling property of the material decreases with the increase of sintering temperature. The material with honeycomb network structure possesses the best humidity-controlling property when the sintering temperature reaches 900 %. The density and compressive strength of the material are about 1.44 g/cm^3 and 29.1 MPa when the sintering temperature is 1050 ℃.
