精密凸轮轴数控磨床的床身动特性分析与结构改进

摘要 分析了非圆磨削的磨削力模型,给出了机床的布局。为了确保机床的加工质量,采用Creo Parametric软件建立了床身的参数化模型,利用有限元方法对床身进行了动特性分析,获得了固有频率和主要振型。对床身结构的不同方案进行了拓扑优化研究,为同类机床设计提供依据。 The study development of non-circular typical part camshaft grinding machine is reviewed. The non-circular grinding force model of grinding process is analyzed. Considering the typical cutting condition of non-circular grinding machines, the CNC grinding machine layout is given. In order to ensure the quality of the machine processing, focusing on analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the bed for the CNC grinding machine, the natural frequency and main vibration mode are obtained; the bed structure topology optimization is studied for different parameters to ensure the machining during the stable cutting domain. Finally, the results are used for the machine tools design process to ensure product quality.
