摘要
裂解汽油加氢装置在生产中,遇到一段稳定塔回流罐酸性水管线法兰多次泄漏、管壁减薄等问题。大量氢气、硫化氢、轻烃泄漏,对操作人员的生命安全形成极大威胁,严重影响装置的"安稳长满优"行。分析了酸性水管线腐蚀产生的原因,介绍了实际采取的防腐措施。
Frequent flange leakage and pipeline wall thinning were observed in the acid water pipelines of reflux drum in the stabilizer of pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit during production,and a large amount of hydrogen,hydrogen sulfide and light hydrocarbon leaked out,posing a great threat to the life safety of operating personnel and seriously influencing the safe,stable,long-term,full-capacity and optimum operation of the unit. This paper analyzes the reasons for acid water pipeline corrosion, and introduces the anti-corrosion measures taken during actual production.
