乙烯装置无乙烯开车方案浅析

介绍了某乙烯装置无乙烯(有丙烯)的开工过程。通过优化开工过程中的物料流程,尽快完成乙烯制冷压缩机和乙烯精馏塔系统的充压充液工作,在没有乙烯库存的情况下最大限度的减少开工时间,实现了乙烯装置无乙烯开工的一次成功。结合现场实际情况及其它乙烯装置的开工经验,提出了完整的开车方案。并针对具体的操作条件,分析了开工阶段可能出现的问题,对实施方案进行了进一步细化和完善。

This paper introduces the startup of ethylene plant without ethylene. The material flow during startup is analyzed and optimized,the pressurizing and liquid filling of ethylene refrigeration compressor and ethylene tower system are completed as soon as possible,and the startup time is minimized in the absence of ethylene inventory,so as to achieve the successful startup of ethylene plant without ethylene on the first try. Combined with the actual situation on site and the startup experiences of other ethylene plants,a complete startup program is put forward. The problems that may emerge during startup are analyzed in view of the specific operating conditions,and the implementation scheme is further refined and improved.
