摘要
介绍了天津分公司乙烯装置2号裂解炉辐射室衬里采用国产派罗块改造的基本情况。通过分析不同阶段的炉体外表面温度红外检测数据,找出了改造效果最好的部位。总结了该衬里施工方案以及施工过程的质量控制措施。
This paper introduces the modification of the radiation room lining in No.2 cracking furnace of the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company with domestic Pyro-Bloc,analyzes the infrared temperature detection data of the outer surface of cracking furnace during different periods,finds out the areas with the best modification effect,and summarizes the lining construction scheme and the quality control measures during the construction.
