摘要
基于实践中取得的真实数据,探讨了独山子石化1 000 kt/a乙烯装置碳二加氢列管式反应器采用"分袋+反应器外机械装填法"装填催化剂的最佳条件、实际操作规程和装填后催化剂压差测试等问题。文章还介绍了Unidense和Spiralond两种最新的催化剂装填方法,经对比分析,笔者认为"分袋+反应器外机械装填法"最适用于独山子百万吨乙烯装置。
Based on the real data obtained in practice,this paper discusses the best conditions,the differential pressure test for catalysts after the loading and the actual operation procedures of the combined catalyst loading method of loading in bags and mechanical loading outside reactor adopted by Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company for the C_2 hydrogenation tubular reactor in its 1. 0 Mt/a ethylene plant,and introduces two up-to-date catalyst loading methods Unidense and Spiralond. Through comparison and analysis,it is concluded that the combined loading method of loading in bags and mechanical loading outside reactor is most suitable for the ethylene plant in Dushanzi.
