摘要
介绍了中国石化北京化工研究院开发的低温甲烷化催化剂BC-H-10的性能特点。分析了天津石化乙烯装置采用低温甲烷化催化剂换剂前后的运行情况。运行效果表明:在甲烷化单元提高粗氢原料处理量后,BC-H-10催化剂可以适应新工况,出口氢气完全合格,装置运行稳定安全。
This paper introduces the performance characteristics of low temperature methanation catalyst BC-H-10 developed by SIINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry, and analyzes the operation of the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Tianjin Company before and after the replacement of low temperature methanation catalyst. The operation results show that after the crude hydrogen processing capacity of the methanation unit is increased,catalyst BC-H-10 can adapt to new operating conditions,on-spec hydrogen product can be obtained,and stable and safe operation of the ethylene plant can be achieved.
