流程自动化在丙烯精馏塔上的应用

摘要 丙烯精馏塔是乙烯装置分离单元的重要组成部分,精馏塔各工艺指标的控制精度将影响装置的平稳性、装置能耗及分离效果。独山子1 000 kt/a乙烯装置丙烯精馏塔温度无法自动控制,塔底丙烯含量及外送丙烯产品流量波动大。通过采用流程自动化的控制方法对丙烯精馏塔的控制难点进行了优化,成功解决了塔釜丙烯自动控制问题,降低了精馏塔的操作强度,提高了丙烯的控制精度,实现了卡边操作,减少了丙烯产品波动,降低了丙烯损失率。 Propylene rectification tower is an important part of the separation unit of ethylene plant,and the control precision of various process indicators of the rectification tower influences the stability,energy consumption and separation effect of the ethylene plant. The temperature in propylene rectification tower in the 1. 0 Mt/a ethylene plant at Petro China Dushanzi Petrochemical Company could not be controlled automatically, and the bottom propylene content and propylene product flowrate fluctuated greatly. The control method of process automation was used to optimize the control difficulties in propylene rectification tower, successfully solving the automatic control problem of propylene at the bottom,reducing the operation intensity of rectification tower,improving the control precision of propylene,achieving maximum benefit of the plant through accurate operation,and reducing the fluctuations in propylene product and the loss rate of propylene.
