超细铜粉具有导电性好、价格低廉、熔点高等优点被广泛用作MLCC电极材料。本文就MLCC电极用超细铜粉的制备方法以及应用成果进行了综述并对其研究前景和需开展的工作进行了展望。

Ultrafine copper powder is widely used as MLCC electrode material due to its good conductivity, low price and high melting point. The preparation methods and application results of ultrafine copper powder for MLCC electrode, the research prospect and the work to be carried out are reviewed and prospected.
