氧压浸出过程中高浓度、高温、高腐蚀性物料的高压输送

摘要 硫化锌精矿氧压浸出过程中,高压釜加料具有高浓度、高温、高压、高腐蚀性等特性,传统上通常采用隔膜输送泵或多级离心泵输送此种物料,多年的生产实践证明这两种泵在实际生产使用过程中都有着明显的不足,本文提出一种加料方式,可解决高压釜加料问题。 In the process of oxygen pressure leaching of zinc sulphide concentrate, the autoclave feeding has the characteristics of high concentration, high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion. This material, traditionally, is conveyed with diaphragm pump or multistage centrifugal pump. However, years of prodiction practice proves that these two pumps have obvious shortcomings in the actual production. This paper proposes a way of feeding, which will solve the problem about autoclave feeding.
