摘要 本文对锌精矿沸腾焙烧过程相关反应进行了热力学分析,系统分析了锌精矿原料主要元素对沸腾焙烧系统的产品质量、操作条件、后续工序如浸出净化工序、电解工序及挥发窑生产等的影响。结合生产实际情况,指出配料管理的基本目标,并针对配料管理中所面临实际困难,提出解决问题的措施。 In this paper, the thermodynamic analysis of fluidized roasting of zinc concentration has been carried out and the influence of main elements on product quality . operation conditions, follow-up process such as leaching, electrolysis and the production of volatilizing kiln have also been analyzed systematically .Moreover, Combined with actual production conditions of zinc system, the basic target of burden management has been pointed out and the solving measures of difficulties during the burden management have been also proposed.
