变压器的正常运行不仅仅需要高质量的材料和设计制造水平,还需要做好金属附件的维护和检修工作,避免安全事故的发生。由于变压器发生故障的频率较低,导致相关工作人员忽视了对变压器金属附件的检修和维护,存在很大的安全隐患。本文主要分析金属附件检修维护中经常出现的故障,并提出相应的处理对策,供电力维修人员参考,从而避免由于金属附件的故障导致变压器发生严重事故。

The normal operation of the transformer not only requires high quality materials and design and manufacturing level, but also needs to do the maintenance and overhaul of metal accessories to avoid the occurrence of safety accidents. Because the frequency of the transformer fault is low, the related staff have neglected the overhaul and maintenance of the metal accessories of the transformer, and there is a great potential safety hazard. This paper mainly analyses the common trouble of metal accessories maintenance, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, for electrical maintenance personnel, so as to avoid the failure of metal accessories leads to serious accidents of transformer.
