摘要
在金属零件使用中很多零件都需要机械加工,受生产环境和加工刀具的影响,零件经过加工后,表面上的粗糙度值不同。如果不综合考虑零件的使用性能选择合适的粗糙度,将会降低零件的使用寿命。在易于腐蚀的环境和疲劳载荷的情况下,热处理的零件,选取合理表面粗糙度将使零件的使用寿命提高。
In the use of metal parts, many parts are required to machine processing, affected by the production environment and processing tools, the parts after processing, the roughness of the surface value is different. If the performance of the parts is not taken into consideration, choosing the proper roughness will reduce the service life of the parts. Under the circumstance of easy corrosion and fatigue loading, the reasonable surface roughness of the heat treated parts will improve the service life of the parts.
