聚-β-羟基丁酸对纸张增强和疏水性的研究

摘要 聚-β-羟基丁酸(Poly-β-hydroxybntyrate,简称PHB)是部分细菌体内一种类酯类的可生物降解、疏水性、可塑性较强的贮藏物,用PHB作为造纸助剂,将纸张浸渍在PHB溶液中,对纸张的抗张指数和其疏水性进行测定,结果显示抗张指数由原来的5.34 N·m·g-1最高增大到18.4 N·m·g-1,接触角原来为0°,经处理后最大提高到117.35°。 Poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB) is synthesized by many microorganisms when carbon and nitrogen are imbalanced. PHB is biodegradable, hydrophobic and plastic. Using PHB as papermaking additives, and dipping paper into PHB solution, then the tensile index and hydrophobicity of paper were determined, the results showed that the tensile index highest increased from 5.34 N·m·g^-1 to 18.4 N·m·g^-1, the primary contact angle is 0°, after treatment, the contact angle highest increased to 117.35%
