摘要
中央民族大学在长期的办学过程中,始终坚持服务国家重大发展战略和民族团结进步事业、服务少数民族和民族地区经济社会发展的办学宗旨。近年来学校直面新挑战和新任务,通过实施"招生-培养-就业三维联动"机制,将探索少数民族人才培养的特殊规律与人才培养具体改革实践有机结合,将学校传统特色长线学科与社会急需应用型学科有机结合,立体推进教育教学改革,构建形成了"民族语零起点人才培养模式""民族语+应用专业人才培养模式""‘一带一路’建设需求+传统专业人才培养模式"和"基础学科拔尖创新人才培养模式"四类少数民族人才培养新模式,走出了一条多样化培养少数民族高素质人才的创新之路。
Minzu University of China( MUC) has always adhered to the mission of serving for the cause of national unity and progress and serving for the ethnic minorities and economic and social development in ethnic inhabited areas since the beginning as a higher education institution. In recent years,facing new challenges and new tasks,the university has constructed four types of new models of ethnic talent cultivation,namely "Zero-level Ethnic Minority Language", "Ethnic Minority Language + Applied Professions ","Traditional Discipline + National Strategic Emerging Direction",and "Top-notch Innovative Talents in Foundational Disciplines " through the implementation of "Recruitment-Cultivation-Employment " threedimensional interaction scheme. The university has explored innovative and diversified ways to cultivate highquality talents of ethnic minorities through integrating unique pattern of ethnic minority talent cultivation with specific reforms and practices,integrating traditional unique academic disciplines with applied disciplines which are in urgent need,and promoting education and teaching reforms.
