摘要
实践取向作为当今世界教师教育领域的一种重要价值取向,要求教师素养的提升要在具体的教育实际情境中实施,要关注教育实践中的现实问题。民族地区的教育实践要求民族地区中小学教师要具备一些特殊素养,而笔者在对云南省G县教育考察的基础上发现,民族地区中小学教师往往缺乏这些特殊素养,不能适应民族地区教育教学的需求。文章结合成人教育理论和感官民族志理论对民族地区中小学教师特殊素养的缺失进行了深层分析,提出民族地区中小学教师特殊素养提升的实践模式。
Practical orientation is an important value orientation in today's teacher education in the world,which enhances teachers' quality in the context of specific education practice and attaches importance to realistic problems in education practice. Education practice in ethnic regions requires primary and middle school teachers to have some special qualities. After an educational survey of Gongshan County in Yunnan,the writer finds out that primary and middle school teachers in ethnic regions lack these special qualities and can hardly meet the need of education and teaching in these regions. Hence,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the lack of special qualities of these teachers based on theories of adult education and sensory ethnography and proposes a practical model for improving their special qualities.
