福建省体育彩票发展现状分析及可持续发展对策研究

Analysis on Current Situation of Sports Lottery in Fujian Province

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,对福建省体育彩票的发行销售量、玩法、网点建设、运行管理机制等方面进行分析研究,为福建省体育彩票的快速可持续发展提供了参考依据。通过分析发现:管理体制和运行机制相对滞后;体彩产品创新不够;市场推广比较薄弱;从业人员队伍素质不高;与福彩的竞争更为激烈;宣传和公益形象的引导仍待加强等问题。提出:改革管理体制机制;创新营销方式;加大文化和品牌建设力度;完善安全体系;建立完整的销售网络体系等对策和建议,为福建省体育彩票业的可持续发展提供借鉴和参考。

In this paper jliterature, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods are used. This paper analyzes the issue, sales, play, network construction and operation management mechanism of sports lottery in Fujian Province, and on this basis, the following problems are found through analysis ： the management system and operating mechanism of sports lottery are relatively lagging behind; lack of product innovation of Sports Lottery ; the market promotion of sports lottery is relatively weak; the quality of sports lottery practitioners is not high; the competition between sports lottery and welfare lottery is more intense; propaganda and public image of the sports lottery still needs to be strengthened, and so on. The paper puts forward the following and suggestions ： reforming the management system of Sports Lottery; innovating the marketing mode of Sports LOt- tery; strengthening the cultural and brand building of Sports Lottery; improving the safety system of Sports Lottery; establishing a complete sports lottery sales network system. It will provide some reference for the development of sports lottery industry in Fujian province.
