摘要
应用下肢离心力量训练系统,根据测试评估结果,确定合适个体的训练阻力和动作速度,并要求运动员以准确的节奏、力量控制进行训练。分析下肢离心力量训练特征和效果,创新训练手段,探讨理想的训练方案,更好的提高运动员下肢肌肉运动能力。福建击剑、跆拳道、足球、女子排球运动员应用下肢离心力量训练系统经过2个多月的训练后下肢运动能力明显提高。
Application of lower limbs eccentric exercise system, based on the test and evaluate results, determined the appropriate training resistance and movement speed of individuals, and athletes were required to train with ac- curate rhythm and strength control. Analyze the characteristics and effects of lower limbs eccentric exercise, inno- vate training methods, discuss the ideal training program, better to improve the athletes" lower limb muscle move- ment ability. Fujian fencing, taekwondo, football, women~ volleyball players applied lower limbs eccentric exercise system, after trained more than 2 months, the movement of the lower limbs improved .
