湖北省普通高校公共体育部学科建设可持续发展研究

Sustainable Development of Sport Discipline of Public Physical Education Department of Common Universities in Hubei Province

采用文献分析、访谈调查,以湖北省高校为例,探究我国普通高校公体部学科建设可持续发展的策略。调查发现,由于:(1)难以引进高水平人才,师资队伍建设困难;(2)课程建设举步维艰;(3)招生困难;(4)公体部学科建设资源不足;(5)新、老师资交替不畅等多种因素的影响,导致:(1)部属高校公体部学科建设发展困难,而一般高校公体部学科快速发展;(2)传统体育学科建设陷于困境,而特色体育学科建设取得可喜成绩。因此建议:(1)积极依托优势学科创建特色体育学科;(2)加强科研工作,使科研成为公体部学科发展的动力;(3)公体部学科建设应有长远的、独立的、具有实效的发展规划;(4)合理构建师资队伍;(5)吸纳优势学科资源加强专业建设。

This study explores the sustainable development strategies of physical education discipline in common u- niversities ＇ public sport department with literature and interview, and take Hubei Province as the case. The survey found that it＇ s difficult to （ 1 ） employ high - level teachers ; （ 2 ） build curriculum; （ 3 ） enrollment ; （4 ） devel- op discipline ; （5 ） replace teachers, so （ 1 ） subordinate university male body discipline development difficulties, and the general public physical education in universities, the rapid development of the discipline construction ; （ 2 ） the plight of traditional sports, and sports characteristic discipline construction has made gratifying achievements. Suggestions： （ 1 ） actively relying on the advantages of the establishment of the discipline characteristic of sports discipline; （2 ） strengthen the scientific research work, the research of public power become the development of body discipline ; （ 3 ） the development planning of the public body subject construction should have long - term, in- dependent and effective ; （ 4 ） the reasonable construction of teachers ; （ 5 ） absorb the advantages of resources to strengthen the professional construction of discipline.
