上海市普通高校学生体育素养培养的现状和提升策略

运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法对上海市普通高校大学生体育素养培养的组织形式、培养渠道、师资力量、体育场地设施和体育文化环境等进行研究,采用因果分析法总结出组织形式单一、培养渠道狭窄、师资力量不足、体育设施不健全是影响上海市普通高校大学生体育素养培养的主要因素,体育文化环境欠缺、资金投入不足是次要因素,基于社会责任理论、协同理论、功能理论的基础上提出了家庭-学校-社区-互联网联合培养、通过互联网技术建立数字化的学习平台、通过众筹和众包的方式增加体育场地和体育设施和建立体育素养培养提升的动力机制等策略,从而更好的促进上海市普通高校大学生体育素养的提升。
