Role of Malaysia in Building China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny

构建中国—东盟命运共同体这一目标既具有深厚的地缘和历史人文基础,又在经济发展、地区安全和观念认同等诸多层面具有现实的支撑与推动力。从单元层次上的互动来看,马来西亚虽然与中国体量差距很大,但作为东盟最核心的成员国之一,能够在促进东盟与中国合作方面发挥独特作用。在地区体系层次上,中马两国可以优先从利益(经济)共同体的构建入手,渐次在安全共同体、社会文化共同体层面不断拓展。现实利益、国际机制和彼此认同,是命运共同体建设的重要保障和实现形式。

There are deep geopolitical,historical and humanistic foundations in building of China-ASEAN Community of Common Destiny,and also there are realistic impetus in terms of Economic development,regional security and identity of values. As one of the most important members of ASEAN,Malaysia can play a unique role in promoting the cooperation between ASEAN and China. Malaysia and China can start with building economic community,and then stepping into community of security and common destiny. Realistic interests,identity and international regimes are important guarantees in building the community of common destiny.
