中老铁路与老挝地缘战略价值的提升

China-Laos Railway: Improving Lao's Geopolitical Strategic Value

中老铁路是泛亚铁路中线的重要组成部分,是老挝实现"变陆锁国为陆联国"的重大战略举措。中老两国政府于2010年4月达成铁路项目合作意向,2016年12月项目进入全面施工阶段,预计2021年建成通车。中老铁路对老挝改变其在本地区的地缘依附关系、拉动老挝经济社会发展和改善老挝地缘环境具有重要的现实意义。

China-Laos railway is an important part of Mid-line of Pan-Asia railway lines and is regarded as a major strategic initiative for changing Laos from a landlocked country to a pivot country. Laos and China entered into a railway's collaboration in April,2010. In December 2016,the project come into comprehensive constructing and it is expected to be finished in 2021. The China-Laos railway is of great significance to change the geo-attachment status in the region of Laos,it can promopt Lao's economic and social development and improve Lao's geo-ecological environment.
