摘要
为了比较不同玻璃纤维的耐碱性能,分别将耐碱玻璃纤维、中碱玻璃纤维、无碱玻璃纤维置于不同的碱性环境中(砂浆、NaOH溶液、混合碱液)进行加速老化试验,对比不同玻璃纤维在不同碱性介质中的耐碱性能差异。研究发现,在长期(96h)加速老化试验后耐碱玻璃纤维的强度保留率高于中碱玻璃纤维和无碱玻璃纤维。
In order to study the alkali resistance of various glass fibers,three types of glass fibers,i, e. alkali-resist- ant glass fiber,medium-alkali glass fiber and E-glass fiber,were placed in different alkali environment( mortar, sodi- um hydroxide solution, mixed alkali solution) to make accelerated aging tests to compare the difference of alkali re- sistance of different glass fibers. It was found that the strength retention of alkali-resistant glass fiber was higher than those of E-glass fiber and medi- alkali glass fiber after long time (96 h) accelerated aging tests.
