摘要
提出的工业锅炉汽水重力分离由常用的上升流动分离、惯性分离,改为沿锅筒长度水平流动分离,不仅使蒸汽湿度低于0.5%(明显低于我国标准的限定值3%~4%),而且,无需复杂汽水分离设备;给出其应用情况与验证测试结果,并着重分析水平流动高效分离的机理。以上表明技术创新会带来显著效果。
Put forward that the steam water gravity separation with horizontal ilow along the length of drum instead of the common separation, such as rise flow separation , force of inertia separation, not only makes thc steam moisture below 0.5% (obviously lower than the standard limit of 3%- 4% ) , but also without complex separation e- quipment ;and introduces its application situation and proving test results, also specially effort to analysis the theory of steam moisture reduction.
