摘要 目的:建立藏药榜嘎中槲皮素和山奈酚的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(45∶55)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为370 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:槲皮素进样量在0.0706~0.5651μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.43%,山奈酚进样量0.0641~0.5130μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.07%。结论:该方法经方法学验证,可用于藏药榜嘎的质量控制。 Objective To establish a HPLC determination method for quercitrin and keampferol in Tibetan herb of Bangga. Methods The chromatogram column was Agilent Eclipse XDB - C18 (4. 6 mmx 250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 4% phosphoric acid (45:55) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL - min^-1. The detection wavelength was 370nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The calibration curve ofquercitrin was 0. 0706 -0. 5651 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ) and the average recovery rate was 98.43%. The calibration curve of keampferol also had a good linear relationship in the mass range of 0. 0641 - 0. 5130 μg ( r = 0. 9999) and the average recovery rate was 97.07%. Conclusion The method was validated and could be used for the quality control of Tibetan herb of Bangga.
