目的:优选栀黄止痛贴中含挥发油饮片提取工艺。方法:以浸泡时间、提取时间、加水量为自变量,挥发油提取量为响应值,采用响应面法优选提取工艺参数。结果:最佳提取工艺是:饮片浸泡1 h,10倍量水提取6 h。结论:优化的提取工艺可以为制剂生产提供参考依据。
