耳针联合中药治疗多动症心肝火旺证临床观察

Clinical Study on Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children with Auricular Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:观察耳针联合中药治疗小儿注意力缺陷多动症(ADHD)心肝火旺证的临床疗效。方法:选择60例ADHD患儿,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用利他林治疗,观察组采用耳针配合中药治疗。治疗8周,评价两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率86.7%,两组疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:耳针联合中药治疗ADHD心肝火旺证具有一定疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD）. Methods Sixty children were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with MPH. The experimental group was treated with ear acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine. All treatment for 8 weeks, The curative effect was evaluated at pre - treatment and post - treatment. Results The total effective rate of ex- perimental group is 90%, while 87.6% of the MPH group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of combined auricular acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of ADHD is effective.
