摘要
本研究聚焦于心理咨询类APP上健康信息通过用户沟通进行的传播,选取当前知名度高、影响力大的四款APP作为研究对象,通过对参与沟通的用户、提供沟通渠道的运营商的访谈调查发现:基于倾诉和求助动机用户有很大的沟通需求,沟通正向促进了用户的咨询认知和行为;沟通方式丰富、信息质量高的APP更受用户欢迎;互联网背景运营商比心理学背景运营商更重视用户沟通;未来心理咨询类APP上健康信息的单向传播和通过沟通进行的传播将会同时发力。
This study focuses on the communication of health information on the psychological counseling APP,and selects four APPs with high visibility and influence as the research objects. Through the interviews with the users who are involved in communication,and with the operators who provide communication channels,it is principally found that there is a great demand for communication on counseling and seeking help. Positive communication is conducive to promoting the users' cognition and behavior. The richer ways for communication will contribute to the higher quality of information,the APP is more popular with users.The operators with internet background pay more attention to communication than those with psychological background. In the future,One-way and interactive communication of health information will be developed simultaneously on the psychological counseling APP.
