电耙道桃形矿柱回收及空区充填方案研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 为给间柱、顶底柱回收创造条件,呷村银多金属矿在对采空区胶结充填前,对电耙道桃形矿柱采用了后退式崩落、电耙出矿的回收方案,取得了贫化率7.3%,损失率12.6%的良好指标,实现了桃形矿柱的安全、高回收率回收。在对采空区充填时,选择了混凝土辅以木板的方式砌筑,保障了充填作业的顺利,同时根据回采间柱、顶底柱的要求采取了不同的充填体强度,为回收间柱、顶底柱创造了良好的条件。实践结果表明:采用的桃形矿柱回收方案和采空区充填方案,能顺利实现桃形矿柱和间柱、顶底柱的回收。 To create conditions for the recovery of column, top and bottom pillar in Gacun silver polymetallic ore, the scheme of back caving and scraper ore-drawing is adopted to recover the peach shaped pillar in scraper way. By this scheme, good index with the dilution rate of 7. 3% and the loss rate of 12. 6% was obtained,and a safe,high efficient recovery of peach shaped pillar was realized. caving,scraper ore recovery scheme,obtained,a good indicator of,to achieve peach the shape of pil-lar. In the goaf filling,the masonry concrete plank with choice way,guarantee the smooth operation of the filling,and according to the extraction column,between top and bottom pillar requirements take the strength of the filling body is different,between the top and bottom pillar recovery column, to create good conditions. The practice results show that the recovery scheme of peach shaped pillar and filling scheme of goaf can successfully realize the recovery of peach shaped pillars and inter column and top and bottom pillars.
