三道庄钼矿浮钼精扫选尾矿中铜的回收试验与工业实践 被引量:1

Experiments and Industrial Application of Copper Recovery Process from Tailings of Molybdenum Cleaning and Scavenging Flotation Tailing in Sandaozhuang Molybdenum Mine

摘要 栾川三道庄钼矿含铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,铜含量为0.01%,由于铜天然可浮性较好,在选钼过程中随钼一起富集,钼精扫选尾矿含铜达0.5%左右,此部分铜不加以回收,会造成资源的浪费。为充分利用矿产资源,进行了铜回收工艺研究,并对按试验确定的流程建设的铜回收系统的工业试验和生产情况进行了介绍。结果表明:(1)钼精扫选尾矿经浓密后,采用1粗4精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,在实验室获得了铜品位为23.10%、铜回收率为86.50%的铜精矿。(2)为期3个月的现场工业试验(规模为5 000 t/d)取得了铜精矿铜品位为21.22%、铜回收率为82.92%指标。(3)选矿厂钼精扫选尾矿选铜实现全部产业化后,每年可生产铜品位为20%以上的铜精矿4 200 t以上,铜回收率超过82%,年实现利润3 150万元。与此同时,由于选钼工艺的优化,钼精矿钼回收率提高了约2个百分点,经济效益和社会效益显著。 Sandaozhuang copper-containing molybdenum minerals in Luanchuang are mainly chalcopyrite with copper content of about 0. 01%. Because the natural copper has a good floatability,and is enriched with molybdenum in the molybde-num separation process,the molybdenum scavenging tailings contain copper up to about 0. 5%. It results in a waste of re-sources if this part of copper resource is discarded. In order to make full use of mineral resources,copper recovery process was studied. The industrial test and production situation of copper recovery system built according to the process determined by the experiments were introduced. The results showed that:①after the molybdenum cleaning and scavenging tailings are thickened, and by the process of one-roughing,four-cleaning and 2-scavenging,and middling back to the flowsheet in order,copper con-centrate with copper grade of 23. 10%,and copper recovery of 86. 50% was obtained in laboratory tests.②the copper concen-trate with copper grade of 21. 22% and copper recovery rate of 82. 92% was achieved at the on-site industrial tests with capac-ity of 5000 t/d for three months.③after the industrial production of copper recovery from the molybdenum cleaning and scav-enging tailings,over 4200 t of copper concentrate with copper grade of above 20% can be produced every year,and the copper recovery rate is more than 82%,and the annual profit reach 31. 5 million yuan. At the same time,the molybdenum recovery rate of molybdenum concentrate has increased by about 2 percentage points due to the optimization of molybdenum separation process,with remarkable economic and social benefits.
