Development of the ZDY3600LQ All-dip Drilling Rig

为了减少施工大角度穿层钻孔时钻机角度调节辅助时间和工人劳动强度、提高综合钻进效率,通过对钻机结构功能、液压系统分析和设计,研制了ZDY3600LQ型全倾角钻机,达到了钻机稳固后仰俯角能大范围调节、施工巷道全断面扇形钻孔的目的。通过室内试验表明,新型全倾角钻机仰俯角调节范围大,角度调节方便、快捷,工作时稳定可靠,为煤矿井下大角度穿层钻孔施工提供了一种新装备。

In order to reduce working hours at angle adjustment of drilling rig and workers＇ labor intensity and enhance the drilling efficiency in the construction of large-angle coal beds borehole,the ZDY3600LQ all-dip drilling rig was designed and developed through design and analysis on structure function and hydraulic system of the drill rig,to achieve the purposes of widely regulating the pitching angle when the rig is fixed,and full-sectional fan drilling in construction. Laboratory test shows that,this new-type all-dip drilling rig has the advantages of widely pitching angle and inclination range,conveniently and effi-ciently adjusting angles,stable and reliable performance,which can be considered as a new kind of equipment for the coal beds drilling of underground large-angle coal mine.
