摘要 浮选过程中黄药挥发出的气体对人体危害较大,因此,开发对黄药挥发气体呈现高灵敏度、快响应-恢复速度、强稳定性的气体传感器具有重要意义,为此,采用水热合成法制备出Pt掺杂WO_3微米球。采用XRD、SEM、FTIR等手段对其结构形貌检测表明,Pt掺杂WO_3微米球具有六方相晶体结构,球体大小均匀,直径在3~5μm,由WO_3纳米棒组装而成。对Pt掺杂WO_3微米球对丁基黄药的气敏性能研究结果表明,Pt掺杂WO_3微米球对丁基黄药气体表现出良好的气敏响应-恢复特性和重现性,在工作温度100℃时获得最大气体灵敏度。随着丁基黄药气体体积分数的增加,灵敏度呈逐渐上升趋势。 Xanthate volatilize gas during flotation process is harmful to human body, to develop gas sensor which has characteristics of high sensitivity, fast response-recovery speed, strong stability has great significance, therefore, Pt-doped WO3 microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method. Its structure and microstructural characterization were investigated by means of XRD,SEM and FTIR,and results indicated that uniform Pt-doped WO3 microspheres with the diameters of 3~5μm were assembled by WO3 nanorods and had a hexagonal structure. The results of xanthate sensing properties of Pt-doped WO3 microspheres indicated that Pt-doped WO3 microspheres showed significant response-recovery properties and good repro-ducibility to xanthate. The highest response was obtained at an operating temperature of 100 ℃. The sensor response increased with increasing xanthate gas volume fraction.
