三软煤层改造回风巷过断层技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了使芦沟矿21122工作面顺利通过断层,在不改变回风巷布置的前提下,对过断层技术方案进行对比分析,确定采用掘进改造巷并留巷的技术方案,该方案可保证工作面的推进速度,并且降低顶板安全隐患。通过对改造巷与原回风巷间不同宽度煤柱内垂直应力分布规律的数值模拟,并结合2条巷道的空间位置关系,最终确定煤柱宽度为6 m,巷道贯通水平夹角为34°。提出了改造巷巷内、巷旁支护及原回风巷的加固支护方案并进行现场实践,结果表明:工作面过断层期间,保留巷道断面面积保持在原断面84%以上,可满足通风要求,验证了设计参数的合理性。 In order to make No. 21122 coal mining face of Lugou Coal Mine successfully pass through fault, on the premise of the air return gateway layout unchanged, a comparison and analysis was conducted on the technical plan to pass through the fault. A technical plan with the gateway driving to reconstruct the gateway and the gateway retained was determined. The technical plan could ensure the pushing for- ward speed of the coal mining face and could reduce the safety danger of the roof. With the numerical simulation on the vertical stress dis- tribution law of the different width coal pillar between the reconstructed gateway and the previous air return gateway, in combination with the space location relationship of the two gateways, finally, the width of the coal pillar was determined as 6 m and the linkage horizontal in- cluded angle of the gateway was 34~. A reinforcement support plan of the reconstruction gateway, gateway sidewall support and the previous air return gateway was provided and a site practice of the support plan was conducted. The results showed that during the period of the coal mining face passed through fault, the cross section area of the retained gateway was kept over 84% of the previous cross section area. The cross section area could meet the ventilation requirements and could verify the rationality of the design parameters.
