基于“以人为本”的化工安全管理研究

Research on Chemical Safety Management Based on “People–Oriented”

对于企业来说,人的安全是最为重要的,企业的安全管理需要紧紧的围绕人的安全来进行,最终的目的就是保证人民的生命安全和财产安全。因此对于化工企业而言,不断的强化意识,将"以人为本"作为安全管理的基本准则至关重要。本文第一部分主要介绍了实施"以人为本"化工安全管理的重要性,第二部分则研究了化工企业出现安全事故的原因,第三部分则重点研究了加强"以人为本"的化工安全管理措施,希望本文能够给予相关人员参考意见。

For the enterprise, human security is the most important. The safety management of enterprises needs to be carried out closely around the human security, the ultimate purpose is to ensure the life safety and property safety of the people. Therefore, for chemical enterprises, the continuous strengthening consciousness, and ＂people - oriented＂ as the basic safety management standard is very important. The first part of this paper introduces the importance of the implementation of ＂people - oriented＂ chemical safety management, the second part studies the causes of safety accidents in chemical enterprises, the third part focuses on strengthening ＂people - oriented＂ chemical safety management measures, hope that this article can give relevant personnel advice.
