基于创新型人才培养的开放实验室建设的探索研究

Research on the Construction of Open Laboratory Based on Innovative Talents Training

为了培养创新型人才,提高学生的创新能力,设法加大实验室开放力度,增设综合性、设计性类型的实验项目。本文立足新建应用型本科院自身特点,分析了传统实验室的不足和弊端,论述了建立开放性实验室的必要性。我院对实验室的开放进行了实践和探索。

In order to cultivate innovative talents and improve students＇ innovation ability, we try to increase the intensity of laboratory opening, and add comprehensive and design type of experimental projects. Based on the characteristics of new applied undergraduate colleges, this paper analyzes the shortcomings and disadvantages of traditional laboratory, and discusses the necessity of establishing open laboratory. Our college has carried on the practice and exploration to the laboratory opening.
