校企联合培养应用型化工人才的探索与实践

随着科学技术的快速发展,原来的人才培养模式很难适应社会的需求。针对专业转型以及应用型人才培养的目标,我们在充分调研和论证的基础上,调整人才培养方案,从校企协同育人机制、建设实习基地、校企共建实验室、培养双师型教师队伍等多方面进行研究与实践,探索校企合作途径,提升应用型人才培养质量。

With the rapid development of science and technology, the original talent training model is difficult to adapt to the needs of society. In view of the professional transformation and application-oriented talent training objectives, we adjust the talent training program based on full investigation and demonstration, from the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, construction of practice base, school-enterprise co- construction of laboratory, training of dual-teacher teachers and other aspects of research and practice, explore ways of school-enterprise cooperation and improve the quality of application-oriented talent training.
