基于多普勒技术的气水喷嘴雾场粒度速度实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Particle Size Velocity of Air-water Nozzle Fog Field Based on Doppler Technology

摘要 为了分析供气供水压力对煤矿井下气水喷雾粒度速度的影响,针对粉尘的性质特点以及危害类型,成功地设计并进行气水雾化喷嘴雾化特性实验。实验运用全新一代的相位多普勒干涉仪(PDI),从喷嘴所成雾场的宏观特性和微观特性2个方面对喷嘴的雾化效果进行了分析,确定了不同条件下喷嘴所成雾场中雾滴粒径及速度分布规律。通过对实验数据的分析,得出在水压不变的情况下,随着气压的增加,雾滴粒径逐渐减小;沿雾场的轴线方向,随着测点与喷嘴间距离的增大,雾滴粒径呈增大趋势,雾滴轴向分速度及径向分速度都随之减小。 To analyze the influence of gas and water supply pressure on particle size velocity of gas water spray in underground coal mine,according to the characteristics and properties of the dust hazard types,we successfully designed and carried out atomization characteristic test for gas water atomization nozzle.The experiment uses a new generation of phase doppler interferometer(PDI),we analyze the atomization effect of the spray nozzle forming fog field from two aspects of macro and micro characteristics,the nozzle under the different conditions,such as the fog droplets size and velocity distribution in the field,were determined.Through the analysis of the experimental data,it is concluded that the droplet size decreases with the increase of the pressure in the case of constant water pressure;along the axis direction of the fog field,with increase of the distance between the measuring point and the nozzle,the particle size of fog drops is increased,and the axial component velocity and the radial component velocity of the droplet is decreased accordingly.
