摘要
针对矿用锚杆力监测问题,提出一种光学监测方法。利用光学膜应力与应变之间的线性关系,在光源垂直照射下光学膜倾角的变化会引起干涉条纹数目的变化,根据不同的条纹数目来判断锚杆的安全状态。通过ANSYS有限元分析和MATLAB仿真分析,得出监测装置承受载荷从0变化到18.2 t,干涉条纹数目从0条增加到10条。并对干涉条纹的可见度及适宜观测距离进行分析,证明该监测装置具有一定的可行性。
An optical monitoring method is proposed for the force monitoring of mine-used anchor.According to the linear relationship between the stress and strain of the optical film,the change of the optical film dip under the light source will cause the change of the number of interference fringes.We determine the safety status of the anchor with the number of interference fringes.Through ANSYS finite element analysis and MATLAB simulation analysis,the number of interference fringes changes from 0 to 10 when the load of monitoring device is from 0 to 18.2 t.Interference fringes visibility and suitable observation distance were analyzed.The results show that the monitoring device is feasible.
