摘要
为了研究煤层钻孔静态爆破过程中煤体的破碎范围以及确定合理的瓦斯抽采钻孔间距,通过设计实验测定了破碎材料的反应参数,并根据煤体基本参数和煤体变形的数学模型,利用COMSOL软件对煤层钻孔静态爆破对煤层的作用范围进行了数值模拟分析。研究结果表明,静态爆破使用的破碎材料产生的膨胀压力可以达到45~65 MPa,在孔径为100 mm的膨胀钻孔作用下,膨胀致裂半径达到了1.3 m,确定了该煤层抽放钻孔的合理间距。
In order to study the broken scope of coal seam drilling in the process of static blasting and determine the reasonable borehole spacing of gas drainage,by the reaction parameters of the broken material measured by design experiment,and according to the basic parameters and the mathematical model of the coal deformation,we use COMSOL software to carry out numerical simulation for the broken scope of coal seam drilling.Research results show that the inflation pressure caused by the broken material can reach to 45 MPa to 65 MPa;when pore diameter is 100 mm,the radius of crack reach to 1.3 m,and the reasonable drainage borehole spacing are determined.
