The impact of rural population migration on rural culture construction

在城镇化的推动下,农村大量剩余劳动力纷纷流向城市,农民的流动对农村文化建设既产生了积极影响,也产生了消极影响。为此,应该充分发挥政府在农村文化建设中的主导性作用,培养农民在农村文化建设中的主体意识,培育农村文化建设的内在动力,夯实农村的经济基础。

Driven by urbanization,a large number of rural surplus labor forces flock to cities and such a special social group as migrant workers appears. Peasant migration has positive and negative effects on the construction of rural culture. Therefore,the leading role of the government in culture construction should be fully played; the subject consciousness of peasants should be strengthened; the endogenous mechanism of rural culture development should be cultivated; the foundation of rural economy should be consolidated.
