摘要 介绍了某型三代压水堆核电站海水循环水泵电机推力轴承的设计特点,根据流体动压润滑理论研究了不同转速下油膜厚度和油膜刚度的变化趋势。通过对5种不同工况的分析,得出了对应的最小油膜厚度、功率损失、油膜温度、轴承刚度及阻尼,满足机组技术要求。对最大载荷推力轴承支撑系统进行了力学分析,支撑系统强度和形变符合要求。 Characteristics of thrust beating of the seawater circulating water pump motor in a three generation PWR nuclear power station was introduced, the variation trend of oil film thickness and oil film stiffness under different rotating speeds were studied by hydrodynamic lubrication conditions, the corresponding minimum oil film thickness, damping were obtained to meet the technical requirements support system under rated conditions was carried out, and meet the requirements. theory.
