摘要
为更好地帮助监管部门和企业理解监管要求,分析了《新化学物质环境管理办法》和《新化学物质监督管理检查规范》中新化学物质跟踪控制检查的相关要求,并结合新化学物质跟踪控制检查工作实践,对现有法规中跟踪控制检查相关内容存在的问题提出了建议。
The key points of the follow-up system in the ＂Measures on Environmental Management of New Chemical Substances＂ and the ＂Specification for Regulatory Examination of New Chemical Substances＂ were analyzed in order to help the supervision departments and enterprises to understand the regulatory requirements. Combined with the experience of follow-up control inspection on new chemical substances, some suggestions on the follow-up control inspection in existing regulations had been proposed.
