提高共聚甲醛MC90产品光老化性能的研究

摘要 将三种光稳定剂328、783和944按照不同比例进行复配,添加到共聚甲醛MC90中制成了具备抗光老化性能的改性聚甲醛产品;对样条分别进行氙灯老化500h和1000h,分析其力学性能和老化前的热分解温度。结果表明,采用光稳定剂复配方法能够不同程度地提高共聚甲醛MC90的光老化性能。 In this paper,the light stabilizers such as 328,783 and 944 were added into POM MC90 according to different proportion for preparing the ultraviolet resistant POM material. The materials above were made to specimens,aged 500 hours and 1000 hours by the ultraviolet for testing. By analyzing the tests,such as tensile properties,bending properties,charpy impact strength,melting temperature and so on,the results could be made that adding the different complex light stabilizers can improve the ultraviolet resistance of POM MC90 in different degrees.
