摘要 为揭示胎-面接触面积和路面抗滑性能的关系,该文基于压力胶片技术,设计两种不同路面结构分别进行0h、2h、4h、6h、8h的加速加载搓揉试验,并采集和统计分析不同阶段的接触面积,结果显示:接触面积随搓揉时间的增加而增加,0~4h递增趋势明显,4h^8h递增趋于平缓,GAC-13路面与轮胎接触面积小于AC-13路面,说明AC-13路面轮廓更均匀平缓,GAC-13路面轮廓较丰富,路面轮廓均匀平缓导致接触面积较大;轴载不变的情况下,接触面积越大,则接触应力越小,即平均应力随接触面积的递增而递减,平均应力越小则说明轮胎与路面接触咬合越差,即路面抗滑性能越差。GAC-13路面抗滑性能优于AC-13路面。该文提出的轮胎与路面接触面积可以为路面抗滑性能衰减规律的研究提供借鉴。 To reveal the tyres-surface contact area and pavement anti-sliding performance relationship,this article based on the pressure of film technology,design two different pavement structure respectively and with 0,2,4,6,8 hours accelerated loading rub test,collect and statistical analysis of the various stages of contact area,the result showed: the contact area increased with the increase of the rub time,0 ~ 4 hours increased obviously,4 ~ 8 hours increased flatten out,GAC-13 road surface and tire contact area was less than AC-13,AC-13 road profile is more uniform flat,GAC-13 road surface contour is rich,uniform flat road surface contour lead to larger contact area;Shaft under the condition of invariable load,the greater the contact area,the contact stress is smaller,the average stress with the increasing and decreasing of contact area,the smaller the average stress is the tire and road surface contact bite the worse,namely the pavement anti-sliding performance is poor. GAC-13 pavement anti-sliding performance is better than that of AC-13. In this paper,the tire and road surface contact area for research on the laws of the pavement anti-sliding performance attenuation.
