江西省林业碳汇项目开发的几点思考

Thoughts on the Development of Forestry Carbon Sequestration Project in Jiangxi

开发林业碳汇项目对推动江西省贯彻落实国家温室气体减排战略,探索生态文明试验区建设新模式,打造美丽中国"江西样板",完善碳汇监测体系建设等具有重要意义。在分析江西省林业碳汇项目开发的有利条件和当前存在的主要问题的基础上,就提高认识、顶层设计、探索试点、发展机制和基础研究等方面提出了建议。

The development of forestry carbon sequestration project in Jiangxi to promote the implementation of national greenhouse gas emission reduction strategy,explore a new model of ecological civilization test area construction,to create beautiful China ＂Jiangxi model＂,which is of great significance to improve carbon sequestration monitoring system construction.This paper analyzes the favorable conditions for the development of forestry carbon sequestration projects and the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of consciousness,top-level design,exploration,development and basic research.
