摘要
12份玉米自交系,采用裂区设计,密度为主处理,品种为副处理,研究了玉米自交系11个纤维素合成酶基因的相对表达量与玉米倒伏率、茎秆强度之间的相关性。方差分析结果表明,12份自交系的11个纤维素合成酶基因的表达量在密度间、品种间差异极显著,且随着密度增加其相对表达量呈降低的趋势。相关分析结果表明,纤维素合成酶-8、纤维素合成酶-7、纤维素合成酶-4、纤维素合成酶-5、纤维素合成酶-6基因的表达量与茎折强度呈极显著正相关,相关系数依次为0.418,0.383,0.342,0.311,0.275;纤维素合成酶-11、纤维素合成酶-1基因的表达量与茎折强度呈显著正相关,相关系数依次为0.242,0.224。纤维素合成酶-4、纤维素合成酶-10、纤维素合成酶-8、纤维素合成酶-11、纤维素合成酶-9、纤维素合成酶-3、纤维素合成酶-7、纤维素合成酶-1、纤维素合成酶-2、纤维素合成酶-5基因的表达量与倒伏率呈极显著负相关,相关系数依次为-0.800,-0.626,-0.601,-0.509,-0.483,-0.463,-0.455,-0.369,-0.363,-0.354。
In order to study the correlation among relative expression quantity of cellulose synthetase genes, lodging rate and stem stiffness of maize, a split-plot design experiment with 3 replications was conducted under three plant densities (as main plot) with 12 inbred lines (as sub-plot). The analy- sis of variance indicated that the expression quantity of 11 cellulose synthetase genes had very signif- icant differences between densities and inbred lines and decreased with density increase in all 12 in- bred lines. The analysis of correlation showed that the expression quantity of cellulose synthase-8, cellulose synthase-7, cellulose synthase-4, cellulose synthase-5 and cellulose synthase-6 genes had very significantly positive correlation with stem stiffness, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 418, 0. 383, O. 342, 0. 311 and 0. 275, respectively. The expression quantity of cellulose syn- thase-11 and cellulose synthase-1 genes had significantly positive correlation with stem stiffness, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 242 and 0. 224. The expression quantity of cellulose synthase-4, cellulose synthase-10, cellulose synthase-8, cellulose synthase-11, cellulose synthase-9, cel- lulose synthase-3, cellulose synthase-7, cellulose synthase-1, cellulose synthase-2 and cellulose synthase-5 genes had very significantly negative correlation with lodging rate, and the correlation coefficient was - O. 800, - O. 626, - O. 601, - O. 509, - O. 483, - O. 463, - O. 455, - O. 369, -0. 363 and -0. 354, respectively.
