城镇化对产业结构升级的影响研究——基于生态文明角度

The Influence of Urbanization on Industrial Structure Upgrade:A Perspective from Ecological Civilization

工业文明促进的城镇化进程已经取得显著的成绩,但是城镇化进程造成了环境污染和生态破坏以及能源紧缺,生态文明下的城镇化已迫在眉睫。生态文明的城镇化需要与相应的产业结构相适应,文章探讨了生态文明视角下的城镇化对产业结构升级的影响机理。利用模型验证了生态文明的城镇化建设对产业结构的升级以及科技创新的正向影响,并提出应在城镇化和生态文明建设的协调发展中促进产业结构升级以及农村科技创新。

It has made great progress in urbanization promoted by industrial civilization,but the urbanization process brings environmental pollution,ecological damage,and energy shortage. The urbanization promoted by ecological civilization is extremely urgent,which needs the coordinated industrial structure. A model is applied to verify the contribution of urbanization promoted by ecological civilization to the industrial structure upgrading and the scientific and technological innovation. It is suggested to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the innovation of rural science and technology in the coordinated development between urbanization and ecological civilization construction.
